Well Program Management Services
Drilling Program: We manage horizontal drilling programs across the Marcellus and Utica formations, including well design, procurement strategy, rig oversight, and vendor coordination. Decisions are driven by full-program economics, not isolated daily metrics.
Completions/Frac: We oversee completions execution including frac coordination, drill-outs, flowback, DUC recovery, and transition to production. Execution is aligned with long-term capital performance across the entire program.
Pad Construction & Infrastructure Management: We manage pad construction, water systems, production equipment installation, and tie-ins to ensure seamless integration from construction through production. Infrastructure is planned with program-level economics in mind.
